This is about the new grass car.

Chevy Volt is very nice looking.	I like how it can get 40 miles without using any electricity!	Enjoying this vehical does come with a cost. About 32-40k. The only question I have, is where are the government incentives? Why are they not more clearly labeled on the website? Chevy Volt

This sounds like a route to take. Enable web-page to allow dynamic content. An example would be how sharepoint uses webparts in order to distinguish which control the site is capable of creating and consuming.
